I would really like to use this footprint image for a logo I am making for a local brewing company. I was not able to find the image anywhere besides this site. Are you aware of where the image is from and if it is copyrighted? Please email me your response.
That image was part of the advertising collateral of the Japanese film Demekingu [aka Demeking; Space Monster Demeking] (made in 2009 and directed by Kôtarô Terauchi) and was used in the film as well. Sorry I can’t grant you permission to use it as I don’t own it nor to have have direct contact with the copyright owners. But here is the Internet Movie Database URL for the film, which lists the production companies: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1386609/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1
You might be able to track them down via local distributors of the film: Cinema Epoch in the US (www.cinemaepoch.com). It would be a lot of trouble though. I would think it easier to get a graphic designer to create you something similar (but suitably different). Good luck, either way.
