The first trailer for Girara-no Gyakushuu Touyaku Samitto Kiki Ippatsu [lit. Guilala’s Counter Attack: the Touyaku Summit One-Shot Crisis] (Japan–2008; dir. Minoru Kawasaki) has appeared online.

WOW!! How fun!! I can’t believe how retro and old school this actually looks!! They even used stock footage from the original!!
The website has some pics of the cast of the original version. But what impressed me about the trailer is that while it is obviously humorous, it also has a more dramatic and serious side to it as well. It’s not going to be simply a comedy.
I think the only thing that could have made this better is if Peggy Neal had returned in at least a cameo. Does anyone know if she’s still around and what she’s up to?? God I love Peggy Neal!!!!
