Now that pitting monsters of different species against each other has become the norm, no one feels obliged to stick to traditional match-making. Aliens, Predators, Jason, Freddy, Vikings, ninjas, mega sharks, giant octopi, Sharktopus, Dinoshark, giant komodo lizards, vixen assassins and sea monsters … they’re all grist for the mill.
