You know, I can’t say that I recommend spacesuits for beautiful young dolls. What happened to all your curves?

This freakish-looking monster only appears on screen for a matter of minutes but easily steals the show. It’s what everyone remembers about the film, From the moment it makes its debut all eyes are on it. Definitely one of cinema’s most unique creations.

According to the Wikipedia page, this monster inspired the Cloverfield Gecko – but at least they showed the monster fully in this one 😉

  3. Backbrain says:

  4. Terry Frost says:

  5. Avery says:

I could see that with it’s crazy looking legs.I had never heard that before.Of course you do have to watch what you read from that source, still this is one fun film and features one crazy looking kaiju. That’s not all, there’s a killer alien plant and a giant amoeba among the film’s other creatures too .

  6. Backbrain says:

I must admit I’ve never seen it. Over the years I’ve read about it, of course — and it does sound interesting at the very least.

In magnificent color? Yeah right, more like negative black and white footage with colored filters!

  10. Nate says:

I noticed that the monster looks real similar to some Basil Wolverton artwork.
